What is API integration?
API integration connects two or more software systems so they can exchange data automatically — for example, syncing a patient appointment from an EHR into a scheduling app, or charging a card through Stripe when an order is placed.
Can you integrate with a system that has poor or no documentation?
Usually, yes. We work from vendor sandboxes, traffic inspection, file specifications, and vendor support to build reliable adapters, and we document what we learn so you aren’t dependent on tribal knowledge.
